Inspired by the late Peter Woolgar aka ‘Wooly’ who served his country in WW2. He had many colourful exploits during his service and enjoyed a cheeky tipple in the mess.

Our liqueur combines his favourite sugar cane base rum, pot stilled in Guyana. Infused with dark chocolate & cold brew blend of Brazilian Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, lengthened with the purest Welsh water.
