Adelphi Private Stock is a blended Scotch whisky produced by the respected independent bottler Adelphi, combining malt and grain whiskies sourced from multiple Scottish regions including Speyside, Islay and Campbeltown. Bottled at 40% ABV, the blend is created using a solera-style marrying process, where mature whisky is continually refreshed to maintain consistency and house character.

Tasting Notes

Nose

Warm sherry-fruit and honeyed sweetness weave with vanilla, toffee and toasted almonds. Subtle oak supports citrus and barley, while a pale whisper of smoke and sea breeze from Islay and Campbeltown adds quiet maritime character to a refined, balanced nose.
