808 Blended Grain Scotch Whisky
Out of stock
A tribute to the legendary Roland TR808 Drum Machine. I wonder if the Blended Malt version will be called 909 ? Perhaps a Heavily Peated variant called the 303 ? And don't get me started on the 202, 707, or the Latin 727 - JK May 2016 An unpretentious beginners whisky and very easy drinking and way better than another celebrity endorsed Grain Whisky that comes in an aftershave style bottle (you know the one?) mix with it, over ice or serve straight. Pleasantly suprised by this! CMM.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with a sunlit, honeyed glow and a touch of coppery warmth.
Nose
Soft, approachable nose with creamy vanilla and honey, lightly tempered by oak. Subtle grain sweetness carries hints of caramel apple, citrus zest, and almond, finishing with a gentle kiss of sherry and a quiet spice.
Palate
Smooth and approachable on the palate, this blended grain offers creamy vanilla and honeyed sweetness, brightened by toffee and subtle orchard fruit. A gentle sherry-cask warmth and light oak weave in dried-nut notes, while a whisper of spice—pepper and cinnamon—lifts the finish. Easy drinking, well-balanced, with a soft, lingering sweetness that invites another sip.
Finish
Light and elegant, the finish drifts with creamy vanilla, honeyed grain and a whisper of spices, fading to a clean oak nuance that lingers just long enough to invite the next sip.
