Spicy and rye-forward, with black pepper, cedar and cassia bark, lightly sweetened by a dusting of marzipan. Pear, apple and almond hint through the depths, adding brightness to a warm, honeyed core.
Palate
Clove and rye surge through mint, molasses, and sorghum, tempered by honey, with delicate hints of apple and malt weaving a balanced, lingering finish.
Finish
Long and sweetly spiced, with warm honey sweetness lingering alongside a soft rye bite, slowly fading into a polished, comforting finish.
