Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and mahogany undertones, a luxurious, sherried glow.

Nose

Warm and inviting, the nose unfurls with peach syrup and caramelized apple, lifted by lemon sponge cake and fresh linen. Pear and banana bread mingle with grapefruit, adding delicate complexity that hints at aged grain and subtle sweetness.

Palate

Complex and refined, nurtured in bourbon barrels, it unfolds layers of marzipan, toffee apple, citrus zest, and frangipan. The mid-palate broadens into grape pulp and lime marmalade, with a delicate note of ginger cake in custard and a hint of Swiss white chocolate. The finish is long and velvety, with lingering warmth and a languorous, seductive echo.

Finish

An exceptionally long, velvety finish that lingers with toffee and toasted oak, tempered by dried fruit sweetness and a gentle, warming spice that gradually unfolds across the palate.
