Inspired by 18th Century Naval Practices, Dr Eamers Ship's Physician Rum is bottled at 57% ABV. This is a beautiful Golden Rum blending of distilled white Rum and aged dark rum, which is then fortified with citrus. Perfect for sipping neat, amping up your favourite rum cocktails or with its signature serve: muddled lime, sugar syrup and ginger ale.
