Colour

Golden-amber with warm honey-gold highlights and a coppery glow.

Nose

Honey-glazed grain meets orchard fruit, unfolding into vanilla-laced cream and soft toasty oak. A delicate spice drift—cinnamon and nutmeg—paired with orange zest and dried apricot, finishing in refined warmth and quiet elegance.

Palate

Silky and balanced on the palate, with mellow vanilla and toffee sweetness and a touch of orchard fruit. Light-to-medium body, framed by gentle oak spice and a whisper of malt. Finishes clean and warm, with caramel and a subtle peppery bite lingering.

Finish

A long, luxurious finish that lingers with warm oak, vanilla and caramel. Dried fruit sweetness remains, evolving into gentle spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—before fading to a softly cocoa-tinted echo.
