Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with coppery glow and mahogany undertones.

Nose

Opulent aroma of dried fruits—figs, raisins and dates—woven with dark cocoa, toffee and orange zest. Sherry depth rounds warm vanilla, toasted almond and gentle spice, while velvet oak and a whisper of smoke complete the luxuriant profile.

Palate

Silky and rounded, the palate delivers creamy richness with a medium body. Dried fruits, raisins and figs, and dark chocolate mingle with caramel and almond, lifted by a sherry-kissed sweetness. Spices, cinnamon and clove, and a hint of orange zest on polished oak carry to a long, warming finish.

Finish

Sherry-kissed and enduring, the finish coats the palate with raisin and fig sweetness, cocoa and toasted almond, and a gentle spice. Rich oak lingers in the background as dried-fruit notes persist, weaving a warm, elegant finale that invites another sip.
