Colour

Golden amber with a warm copper glow and a subtle mahogany edge.

Nose

Rich, inviting aroma with citrus zest and honeyed malt at the core. Subtle sherry influence brings dried fig and raisin, layered with vanilla, toffee and spice. Toasted oak, almond, and a hint of cocoa complete a warm, elegant bouquet.

Palate

Silky and balanced on the palate, with a warm, mouth-coating depth. Honeyed citrus, vanilla and toffee unfold against dried-fruit sweetness, subtle sherry richness and a touch of almond. Gentle spice—cinnamon, nutmeg, clove—adds lift, finishing with soft oak, caramelized sweetness and a long, comforting warmth.

Elegant, lingering finish of vanilla and toffee, unfolding into orchard fruit, spice and oak; a subtle sherry kiss lingers, leaving a warm, refined glow.
