Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with a burnished copper sheen, a warm, honeyed glow that hints at age and sherry-influenced oak, with a subtle mahogany edge at the rim.
Nose
Rich sherry-soaked aromas rise with dried fruit—prune, raisin, fig—layered with toasted almond and walnut. Notes of dark chocolate, toffee and vanilla drift through velvety oak, finished by warm spice hints of cinnamon and clove.
Palate
Silky and generously weighted on the palate, it unfurls ripe dried fruits—raisin, fig and date—plus toffee, dark chocolate and a delicate sherry sweetness. Toasted oak and vanilla mingle with ginger and nutmeg, delivering warmth that lingers into a long, refined finish.
Finish
Sherry-kissed finish that lingers with dried fruit, toasted oak and cocoa. Warm spices—cinnamon and clove—unfold softly, giving way to almond and a refined sweetness. A long, elegant fade of tannin and subtle oak.
