Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a mahogany-tinted glow.

Nose

Opulent sherry-driven aroma with dried prune and fig mingling with toasted almond and walnut. Ripe orange zest brightens a core of toffee and caramel, while polished oak lends depth and a whisper of spice. Subtle cocoa, cinnamon, and tobacco complete the scent, evoking an aged, refined Scotch matured in sherry casks.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, this blend coats the palate with a mellow sweetness of dried fig and toffee. Sherry-influenced notes of raisin and plum, cocoa, and soft oak mingle with subtle spice. The texture remains elegant and gentle, with a refined warmth that lingers into a soft, nutty finish.

Finish

Sherry-influenced oak lingers with a quiet, luxurious finish: raisin and fig sweetness threaded with cocoa and spice, slowly giving way to warm, polished wood that glows long on the palate.
