Tasting Notes

Colour

Warm golden amber with copper-gilded highlights and mahogany-tinged edges, a sun-kissed, luxurious hue.

Nose

Sherry-influenced aromatics rise with dried fig and raisin, orange peel and orchard fruit, melded with warm vanilla, toffee and subtle toasted oak. Hints of cocoa and almond add depth, while a soft, smoky edge whispers the whisky’s maturity.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, this blend coats the palate with sherried sweetness - raisins, fig and orange zest - woven with dark chocolate and toffee. Subtle toasted oak carries spice notes of cinnamon and clove, adding warmth and depth. The finish is refined and long, fading to nutty caramel with a suggestion of espresso.

Finish

Long and refined, the finish reveals a gentle sherry-kissed sweetness with dried fruit, cocoa and toasted oak. A delicate spice lingers as the warmth fades into a silky, lingering glow.
