From the first rum distillery founded in Fiji, this is a column still rum, made with molasses from a local heritage cane varietal. After a year ageing in American oak on the island, the rum spent a decade in ex-bourbon casks in Scotland.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Lightly toasted banana and rye bread. That’s counterbalanced by delicate citrus – lemon and orange zest with mild honey and vanilla.
Palate
I find it warm, with ripe easy peel oranges alongside pepper over cloudy honey on salted buttered bread. Orange oil with rich vanilla cream.
Finish
Lingering spice and pepper, with orange blossom honey.
