Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold glints and a rich mahogany hue.

Nose

Sherry-kissed and luxurious, the nose paints dried fruits—raisins, dates, fig—with orange zest, vanilla, and toffee. Roasted nuts and cocoa deepen the aroma, while warm oak and a whisper of spice lend structure, finished by a soft, smoky sweetness.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, the palate unfolds with sherried richness: raisin, fig and dried orange peel, intertwined with almond and dark chocolate. Cinnamon and nutmeg rise with vanilla and a hint of leather, supported by subtle oak. The finish is warm and lingering, balanced by gentle sweetness and a curling peppery spice.

Finish

Long, warm finish threaded with fig and raisin sweetness, cocoa notes and a touch of orange zest. Sherry-influenced depth lingers with gentle spice and oak, fading to a velvety, cocoa-dusted glow.
