Layered aromas of ripe orchard fruits and honey unfold to vanilla, toasted malt and a hint of toffee. Subtle spice—white pepper and ginger—rises with citrus zest, delivering a bright, inviting nose that signals the character of this small-batch pot still Irish whiskey.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied palate of orchard fruits, creamy vanilla and toffee, lifted by gentle pot-still spice. Black pepper, nutmeg and a touch of oak mingle with caramel, yielding a warm finish of citrus zest and lingering spice.
Finish
Long, silky finish with warm spice—cinnamon and white pepper—carried by citrus zest and honeyed barley. Oak and vanilla weave a refined sweetness that lingers, fading slowly to a soft praline warmth.
