Taittinger Nocturne is a "Sec" Champagne, blending 40% Chardonnay with 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It features a higher sugar dosage of 17.5g per litre—double that of Taittinger Brut Réserve NV—creating a smoother, rounder profile.
