Gosset Extra-Brut offers a particularly dry and precise expression of the house style, with a low dosage allowing the fruit, acidity and mineral character of the Champagne to take centre stage. The blend brings together the principal Champagne grape varieties and is matured sufficiently to develop complexity without losing its vibrant freshness.

Expect crisp citrus, green apple and white-fleshed fruit alongside subtle brioche, chalk and toasted almond. The palate is taut, clean and energetic, with a fine mousse and a long, dry finish that makes it particularly well suited to oysters, shellfish and other seafood.
