Ayala Rose Majeur Champagne (Gift Box)

With the vision that a great diversity of Terroirs is fundamental to elaborate balanced and singular champagnes. Champagne AYALA crafted a pure and delicate blended rosé with Chardonnay as main grape variety.

This rosé is a multi-cru and multi-vintage blend composed of 24 outstanding crus selected for their aromatic expression and unveiling a pure and elegant profile, true to the House’s DNA.

To preserve this pure style, the House brings its expertise and meticulous approach to the miro-vinification process, always with a minimum of intervention on wines.

Rosé Majeur is, above all, a story of subtly balanced indulgence. Its delicate notes come from the small proportion of still red wine added to the blend. This still wine is made exclusively from Grand Cru Pinot Noir, selected more for its generous fruit expression than for its structure.

This Chardonnay-driven blend, combined with a low dosage, two hallmarks of the House, gives this refined rosé Champagne a vibrant freshness and remarkable elegance.
