Colour

Golden amber with coppery highlights and a warm, sun-kissed glow.

Nose

Soft, inviting nose of toasted barley and honeyed malt, with delicate orchard fruit such as pear and apple, plus vanilla and a hint of citrus zest. Subtle spice and a whisper of oak build a warm, elegant profile, balanced by a clean, airy malt finish.

Palate

Silky and lightly full, this Highland malt carries malt-forward sweetness into plush sherry-influenced notes of raisin, fig and orange zest. Waves of cocoa, toasted almond and gentle spice unfold, finishing warm, softly resinous and remarkably balanced for a 40% expression.

Finish

Long, refined finish with dusky sherry sweetness pairing fig and raisin to dark chocolate, roasted almond and oak spice; a velvet warmth lingers softly, fading into silence.
