Colour

Coppery-amber with rich golden highlights.

Nose

Warm rye spice and toasted oak lead the nose, with caramel and vanilla rounding to orange zest and brown sugar. Subtle clove and pepper, a cocoa-tinted smoke from the barrel, refined and inviting.

Palate

Warm, peppery rye leads the palate, with cracked pepper, cinnamon, and a kiss of clove, tempered by vanilla and caramel oak. Rich and velvety, it carries dried fruit and citrus zest on a mouth-coating frame. The finish is lengthy, revealing rye spice, toasted wood, and subtle sweetness that lingers invitingly.

Finish

Long, elegant finish with rye spice that lingers like embers. Pepper and cinnamon tease the palate, balanced by vanilla and caramel from oak aging. Toasted oak dries the mouth just enough to invite another sip, leaving a warm, refined persistence.
