Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with warm copper highlights and a honeyed glow.

Nose

Rich sherry-influenced fruit and warmth on the nose: ripe apples and pears mingle with dried fig and prune, a touch of almond, subtle spice, vanilla and cocoa over polished oak.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied with honeyed toffee and vanilla leading the palate, followed by dried fruits and almond. Subtle sherry-tinged depth adds complexity, supported by creamy oak. A gentle citrus zest threads through warm spice, finishing refined and enduring with a soft, lingering fade.

Finish

Velvety and long, this finish greets with toasted oak and sherry nuance. Dried fig and almond linger, weaving caramel and vanilla into a warm sweetness, while a soft spice threads through, fading to a contemplative, oak-kissed echo.
