Tasting Notes

Colour

Rich amber with copper undertones and a honey-gold sheen.

Nose

Warm and inviting, the nose delivers vanilla bean, caramel and maple, lifted by orange zest. Baking spices—cinnamon, clove and nutmeg—drift over toasted oak and honeyed grain, with a creamy, sun-warmed sweetness. A subtle rye spice lingers, inviting another savor.

Palate

Velvety vanilla and caramel sweetness lead the palate, brightened by maple and a touch of honey. Spices—cinnamon, nutmeg and clove—dance through softly toasted oak, with a light grain backbone. Smooth and medium-bodied, it finishes warm and lingering, elegantly peppered by spice with a subtle maple sweetness.

Finish

Warm and lingering, the finish paints the palate with cinnamon and clove, lifted by nutmeg and a hint of maple. Vanilla-soaked oak threads through, leaving a creamy, toasted tail that closes with a peppery warmth and a soft, resinous kiss.
