Tasting Notes

Colour

Rich amber-gold with coppery highlights and a tawny mahogany glow.

Nose

Opulent sherry aromas rise from the glass: sun-dried figs and raisins, dark chocolate, and orange zest, braided with toffee and vanilla. Subtle toasted oak, nutmeg and leather add suave spice and depth to a creamy, velvety sweetness, hinting at a long, refined finish.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, it glides across the tongue with a subtle creaminess. Sherry-influenced notes of dried fruit, plum and fig mingle with caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, while a gentle spice warms the palate. The finish is smooth and slightly nutty, with almond and cocoa hints lingering.

Finish

Long, refined finish of warming spice and toasted oak, carried by sherry-tinged sweetness of dried fruits - raisins, figs and orange zest - ending in a velvety cocoa fade and a final, lingering spice echo.
