Colour

Warm amber-gold with coppery highlights and a hint of mahogany, a sunlit, honeyed glow.

Nose

Opulent sherry-driven bouquet: dark raisin, fig, and candied orange peel, entwined with toasted toffee, vanilla, and walnut. Hints of cocoa, baking spice, and oak smoke lend a warm, sophisticated depth.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied on the palate with a velvety glaze of vanilla and toffee. Sherry-influenced fruit—raisin, fig and dried plum—alongside almond, orange zest and gentle spice. Subtle oak and cocoa nibs weave through, delivering a warm, lingering finish of fruitcake and toasted sweetness.

Finish

Long and refined, the finish unfolds with velvety sherry echoes—dates, fig and cocoa—over toasted oak. Subtle orange zest and spice linger, fading to warm almond and a final, elegant warmth.
