Colour

Golden amber with sunlit honey tones and a gentle copper glow.

Nose

Sweet cider on the nose, lightly caramelized with oak and browned butter. Subtle apple warmth lingers, inviting a soft, orchard-bright sweetness.

Palate

Cooked apples and honey sweetness balance toasted oak with crisp green peel notes, yielding a smooth, fruit-forward palate with gentle warmth and a lingering orchard-bright finish.

Finish

Granny Smith apples fade from bright and acidic, mellowing into dark cidery tones with brown sugar and a smooth whiskey finish.
