Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep burnished amber with copper-gold highlights and a touch of mahogany.

Nose

Intense peat and maritime smoke rise from a warm sherried backbone. Dried plums and raisins mingle with fig and cherry; dark chocolate and toffee weave through toasted oak. Velvet vanilla and caramel mingle with a hint of burnt sugar, while cinnamon, clove, and a whisper of leather and tobacco complete the profile. An elegant, aged aroma that promises depth and refinement.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied and inviting. A rich sherry sweetness coats the palate with fig, raisin and toffee, mingling with dark cocoa and toasted almond. Subtle spice—cinnamon and clove—drifts through polished oak, leaving a long, refined finish with a touch of leather.

Finish

Long, velvet finish with sherry-cask warmth. Dark fruits, cocoa and toasted oak unfold slowly, leaving a gentle ember-soft sweetness and subtle spice that lingers into a refined, warming fade.
