Colour
Deep amber with coppery hues and a mahogany tint
Nose
Ripe red berries and orchard fruit rise from the glass, caressed by sweet Sherry and toasted oak. Dried fig and raisin mingle with almond and vanilla-caramel, while orange zest and a whisper of spice—cinnamon and clove—add warmth, hinting at the fullness to come.
Palate
Silky and slightly sweet on the palate, with ripe orchard fruits and caramelized vanilla. Sherry cask influence brings raisin, fig and a touch of dark chocolate, wrapped in toasted oak. The finish is warm and long, with gentle spice and a fruity, lingering sweetness.
Finish
Long, velvety finish with sherry richness lingering on the palate. Ripe raisin and fig sweetness mingle with vanilla and roasted almond notes, guided by warm, oak-spice until it slowly fades.
