Colour

Sunlit gold with honeyed warmth, a pale-amber glow that shimmers with copper at the edges.

Nose

Lightly perfumed nose with orchard fruit and citrus zest, honeyed vanilla and soft toffee, a gentle maltiness, and a touch of delicate oak. Clean, approachable, with a whisper of spice.

Palate

Smooth and light on the palate, with a gentle honeyed sweetness and creamy vanilla that blankets crisp orchard fruit, green apple and pear. A delicate sherry-tinged richness emerges, mingling almond and faint oak spice, then a clean, subtle finish of toffee and citrus zest. Balanced, approachable, and satisfying.

Finish

Long, silky finish with delicate sweetness lingering. Vanilla, toffee and a touch of dried fruit meld with warm oak and spice, fading into a fresh citrus zest for a refined, lasting finale.
