Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with copper-tinged highlights and a mahogany-hued glow, a sunlit, sherry-kissed warmth.

Nose

Dark, inviting nose with sun-dried fruit, toffee and vanilla, enriched by sherry-cask depth. Rich raisin and fig notes mingle with orange zest, almond and cocoa, while gentle oak whispers spice. A subtle smokeiness lingers, tying sweetness to citrus and inviting a refined, lingering aroma.

Palate

Silky and balanced on the palate, sherry-softened fruitcake and dried raisin lead to toasted almond, cocoa and spice, all carried by smooth oak and a warm, lingering finish.

Finish

Long, refined finish with sherried sweetness: figs, raisins, and orange zest drift into dark chocolate and toasted oak. Velvet spices unfold—vanilla, almond, and a touch of leather—leaving a warm, lingering, balanced finale that invites the next sip.
