Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a mahogany edge, a warm caramel-bronze glow.
Nose
Warm vanilla and caramel rise with toasted oak and a touch of butterscotch. Bright orange zest adds lift, while peppery rye spice lends the bourbon’s signature bite. Subtle dried fruit and tobacco weave through the sweetness, yielding a comforting, old-school depth that invites another whiff.
Palate
On the palate, brown sugar caramel and vanilla mingle with toasty oak, framed by a gentle rye-spice edge. Mid-palate reveals cinnamon and clove heat with a hint of dried fruit. Rich and balanced, it coats with a warm, silky mouthfeel before a lingering, softly peppery finish.
Finish
Medium-length and warmly spiced, this finish unfolds with rye pepper and cinnamon, surrendering to toasted oak, vanilla and caramel. A dry, lingering spice tail lingers elegantly, inviting the next sip.
