Gently aged for 1 year in ex-American oak whiskey barrels, this light amber tequila is complex with notes with dark cacao, coffee, nutmeg, dried fruits and salted caramel.
Product Details
Tequila Ocho was created by Master Distiller Carlos Camarena and tequila ambassador Tomas Estes, with its first releases arriving in 2008. Made in the Highlands of Jalisco, the brand was built around showing how individual agave fields can influence tequila, with each release carrying a harvest year and estate name in a way more often associated with wine than tequila.
