Tierra Noble is made by the Herrera family at La Estacada, near Mazamitla in Jalisco’s Sierra del Tigre. The distillery sits around 2,200 metres above sea level and is regularly described as one of the highest modern tequila distilleries, with the cooler mountain climate helping to slow fermentation and shape a more aromatic style.
