Production is centred at Los Alambiques in Arandas, using mature Blue Weber agave that is slow cooked in brick ovens, fermented with natural airborne yeast and distilled at low temperatures. The Tequila Ocho range includes Blanco, Reposado, Añejo and Extra Añejo expressions, with a style focused on clear agave character, citrus, pepper, fruit, mineral notes and the subtle differences between each field and vintage.
