Nose

Sherry-rich and inviting, this nose opens with ripe plum, fig, and raisin, lifted by vanilla and toffee from the bourbon influence. Nutty almond and cocoa nib mingle with orange zest, while cinnamon and clove add spice-laden warmth. A silky, oaken depth hints at PX richness to come.

Palate

Velvety and full-bodied, it coats the palate with creamy vanilla and toffee from the bourbon casks, while PX sherry finishing weaves in dark raisin, fig and treacle. Cocoa, spice and integrated oak add depth, delivering a warm, long finish.

Finish

Luxurious, long finish with Spinola PX sherry sweetness weaving through ripe raisin and fig, accented by dark chocolate, orange zest, and warm spice. Velvet oak frames the sweetness, fading slowly into a balanced, slightly coffee-kissed bitter note that invites the next sip.
