Deep amber-gold with mahogany and copper-bronze undertones, a warm, honeyed glow.
Nose
Opulent and layered, the nose opens with toasted oak, vanilla and caramel. Deep notes of dried fig, prune and orange zest unfold into cacao and spice, while delicate Borderies florals—iris and almond—lift the bouquet. A refined prelude to the cognac’s Grande Champagne depth.
Palate
Silky and opulent on the palate, Martell XO coats the tongue with velvety richness. Dried-fig and plum mingle with orange zest, vanilla and cocoa, while warm spice, cinnamon and toasted almond add depth. The Grande Champagne power is balanced by Borderies elegance, delivering a long, refined finish that's softly sweet with citrus lift and a persistent, nutty undertone.
Finish
An opulent, lasting finish with warm cognac spice and toasted oak, complemented by dark cacao and dried fig. Subtle vanilla and almond notes from the Borderies influence emerge, delivering a silky, floral lift that lingers gracefully, leaving a refined cacao-kissed glow on the palate.
