A base of Fins Bois and Bons Bois, sublimated by almost 30% of older Grande and Petite Champagne, with an ageing from 4 to 7 years in our traditional cellars.

Very present notes of dried fruits (fig – apricot), blackcurrant and grape. We appreciate a nice complexity and beautiful roundness sublimated by vanilla and chocolate notes.
