Carlos I Imperial Solera Gran Reserva XO is a premium Spanish brandy aged under the traditional solera system, where successive generations of the spirit are married and matured in a dynamic cask network. The XO (Extra Old) designation reflects extended oak ageing that delivers depth, smoothness and complexity.

Carlos I
Carlos I is a Spanish Brandy de Jerez from Osborne, whose roots go back to El Puerto de Santa María in Cádiz, where the family business was founded in 1772. The Carlos I story began in 1889, when a master winemaker discovered old casks of brandy in the cellar and named the spirit after King Charles I of Spain, inspired by Titian’s 1548 equestrian portrait after the Battle of Mühlberg.
