Colour

Gleaming amber-gold with coppery highlights and a touch of mahogany, radiating a warm honeyed glow.

Nose

Bright orchard-fruit aroma of pear and green apple, zested with lemon. Honeyed sweetness, creamy vanilla and subtle malt mingle with light toasty oak; a whisper of almond adds depth. Fresh, inviting and elegantly perfumed, hinting at Longmorn’s balanced, refined character.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, with honeyed citrus and toasted malt. Sherry-influenced depth brings dried raisin and fig, woven with warm spice and soft oak. Creamy vanilla and toffee linger, finishing with cocoa, subtle oak, and a refined sweetness.

Finish

Silky, medium-long finish with honeyed orchard fruits fading into vanilla and almond, supported by a subtle oak spine and a whisper of sherry-spice. Warmth lingers into a refined sweetness and a citrus-tinted lift, tapering to a clean, elegant end.
