This exceptional "mostly" unpeated 16yo North Highland single malt gives us another opportunity to bring you a whisky born from a vatting error. A small amount of peated malt from the same distillery was accidentally added before re-racking into multiple different cask types. This release offers notes of fruit scones with raspberry jam, coffee cake and sticky toffee pudding. Rich and indulgent, it's proof that sometimes the best journey's begin with a wrong turn.
