It is made with the same combination of distinctive botanicals as Liverpool Gin but with the addition of the zesty citrus notes of oranges from Valencia.
This variety was originally created by the head distiller John O’Dowd to celebrate his son’s wedding and to welcome his beautiful daughter in law Clara to the family. The combination of orange to the recipe was an homage to her home in Valencia.

Bright Valencia orange zest lingers, mingling with juniper and warm botanicals. A long, crisp finish carries citrus oils across the palate, slowly fading into a gentle bittersweet echo that invites another refined sip.
