Kong Gran Reserva is a 12-year-aged Panama-distilled rum, matured first in ex-bourbon American white oak barrels, followed by a short finish in port wine casks.

The bottle is presented in a striking decanter shaped like a gorilla’s head, with the story of using two barrels per bottle and proceeds supporting gorilla conservation.

Tasting notes include an amber-gold colour, aromas of vanilla, ripe fruit and toasted wood, a palate featuring caramelised nuts, roasted oak and gentle spice, and a finish that leans dry, woody and mineral-tinged.
