With the "Under the Sea" collection, Plantation Rum spotlights the underwater fauna and flora of six different rum-producing countries. Each bottling is distinguished by the iconic colors and local species of its region, inviting fans to plunge into a new world of rum. The voyage begins with the sublime Panama 2008, featuring a humpback whale on the label.
It’s no surprise that the majestic mammal exemplifies this terroir; Panama is one of the few countries in the world whose waters teem with cetaceans from both the northern and southern hemispheres. Long notes of cigar box, allspice and chocolate notes with liquorice.
