Tasting Notes

Colour

Radiant golden amber with coppery edges and a honeyed, sunlit glow.

Nose

Sherry-kissed aroma with ripe raisin and fig, brown sugar and vanilla, toasted oak and a thread of cocoa. Subtle spice and orange zest lift the sweetness, delivering a warm, polished invitation to the palate.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied on the palate, with sherry-influenced sweetness. Dried fig and raisin mingle with creamy toffee, layered with almond and vanilla. Gentle spice—cinnamon and clove—shadows dark chocolate and orange zest, while oak lends subtle structure. Finishes warm and long, honeyed fruit evolving into soft spice.

Finish

An elegant, lingering finish of warm spices and soft sherry sweetness. Toasted oak, vanilla and a thread of dried fruit evolve on the palate, fading to a graceful warmth that persists long after the last sip.
