Colour
Deep copper-amber with luxurious honey-gold highlights and a whisper of mahogany.
Nose
Complex and rich, the nose offers a tapestry of fruit aromas in harmony with warming spices and a soft, rolling smoke. Dried sultanas and figs give sweetness, touched by candied ginger, with berries, brown sugar and aromatic spice filling the senses.
Palate
Layers of spice mingle with honey and rich molasses on the first sip, followed by waves of sultanas, cocoa beans and herbal notes, carried on wisps of soft smoke.
Finish
A sweet spice lingers as the door closes behind you.
