Bright rye spice leads the nose, crisp and inviting. Vanilla and caramel mingle with toasted oak, while citrus zest adds brightness. Subtle pepper and cinnamon weave through a creamy, warm core, finishing with a dry, woody backbone and a whisper of honeyed sweetness.
Palate
A lively palate of rye spice and warm sweetness: pepper and clove heat mingle with vanilla-tinged caramel, toffee and toasted oak. Medium-bodied with a silky mouthfeel, hints of orange zest and cinnamon, finishing with lingering spice and gentle oak.
Finish
Spicy rye drives a long, warming finish, with pepper and cinnamon unfolding into soft vanilla and toasted oak. A gentle sweetness lingers before fading to a warm, drying whisper of spice and charred oak.
