Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with burnished copper highlights and a honey-gold edge.

Nose

Rich vanilla and caramel lead the aroma, blanketed by toasted oak and a touch of brown butter. Subtle maple sweetness hints at toffee and ripe orchard fruit, while gentle spice—cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove—adds warmth. A lift of citrus zest brightens the finish, inviting another inhale.

Palate

On the palate, vanilla and caramel ride a warm corn sweetness, supported by toasted oak. Baking spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, a touch of clove unfold with a gentle rye bite. Smooth, medium-bodied and silky, it coats the mouth before a long, refined finish of vanilla, toffee and oak.

Finish

Long and warm, the finish unfolds with vanilla and caramel sweetness, woven through toasted oak and a whisper of rye spice. It lingers gracefully, tapering to a soft, spice-kissed oak echo.

Jim Beam
Jim Beam traces its roots to the late 18th century, when the Beam family settled in Kentucky and began distilling bourbon. A major turning point came in 1894, when James Beauregard “Jim” Beam took over the family business, and another followed after Prohibition, when he rebuilt the distillery in Clermont, Kentucky in 1933–35. The modern brand grew from that post-Prohibition revival, with T. Jeremiah Beam re-founding the business in 1935 as the Jim B. Beam Distilling Company and giving the bourbon the Jim Beam name.
