Juicy black cherry leads, mingled with bright spice, anise and a cool whisper of menthol. Toasted vanilla unfurls against charred American oak, delivering a velvety, oak-kissed aroma with doubled-barrel depth and a lingering, spicy finish.
Palate
Luxuriously full-bodied and velvety, this bourbon coats the palate with ripe black cherry, then opens to spice—anise, menthol—and toasted vanilla, all carried by warming caramel. Extra-charred and regular American oak add a resinous bite, finishing long with vanilla and spice.
Finish
Long, warming finish with cherry fruit, toasted vanilla and spice. The twice-barreled oak yields a silky sweetness, a cool menthol lift, and a subtle kiss of anise, fading to a faint char and enduring warmth.
