Jack Daniel's White Rabbit Saloon - 120th Anniversary Edition Tennessee Whiskey (Unboxed)
Out of stock
Released in 2012
Officially released at the Distillery on August 11, 2012, the original White Rabbit bottle celebrates the 120th Anniversary of the opening of the Jack Daniel's White Rabbit Saloon. While the Saloon is no longer around, part of its name can still be found in the Distillery’s Visitor Center at the White Rabbit Bottle Shop.
In July of 2013, approximately 1 year after the 120th Anniversary of the White Rabbit Saloon, an update to this bottle was made. Nearly identical to the bottle from 2012, the major difference is shown on the bottle’s front label and on the box where it now reads “Special Edition” instead of “120th Anniversary”.
This small change was made so that the Distillery could continue celebrating the famous White Rabbit Saloon even after the 120th Anniversary date had passed.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden-amber with warm honey reflections and coppery undertones, a rich, inviting glow.
Nose
Silky vanilla and caramel rise from the glass, mingling with toasted corn and butterscotch sweetness. Charcoal-mellowed smoke threads through toasted oak, adding quiet depth, while a bright citrus lift and a whisper of spice and leather linger on the aroma.
Palate
Silky and inviting, with vanilla and caramel leading into honeyed toffee and toasted oak. Mid-palate sweetness deepens into creamy spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—while a citrus zest note keeps it bright. Smooth, well-balanced and lingeringly warm, finishing with subtle oak and a whisper of smoke.
Finish
Long, warming finish that coats the palate with vanilla and toffee, balanced by toasted oak. Subtle charcoal mellowness threads through the sweetness, while baking spices linger in the tail, finishing with a soft citrus brightness and elegant warmth.
