The first new recipe for Jack Daniel's whiskey for over 100 years. Tennessee Straight Rye is made from 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley, and is put through the same charcoal filtration process as Jack Daniel's bourbons. The result is a mellow and sweet whiskey that's enlivened with distinctive rye spice. This is the gift boxed version.

Nose
Sweet vanilla and caramel lead the aroma, softly layered with honey and toasty oak. Subtle rye spice—pepper, cinnamon and clove—joins hints of citrus zest and orchard fruit. A whisper of charcoal sweetness lingers in the backdrop, lending a mellow, refined warmth.
Palate
Silky and mellow, with a warm sweetness at the core. Caramel and vanilla weave through rye spice—cinnamon, white pepper and clove over toasted oak. Charcoal filtration smooths the bite to a clean, creamy finish with a citrus lift.
