Tasting Notes
Colour
Radiant amber with honeyed gold highlights and coppery glints, a warm mahogany edge hinting at depth and maturity.
Nose
Vanilla-forward and caramel-sweet, with lush toasted oak and a brown-sugar glow. Bright citrus zest and creamy corn lift the fragrance, while hints of cinnamon and nutmeg weave through the aroma. A touch of charcoal sweetness adds refined, lingering depth.
Palate
Opulent and full-bodied, the palate opens with velvety caramel and vanilla, balanced by toasted oak and a touch of char. Rich maple sweetness mingles with baking spices like cinnamon and clove, while citrus zest lends lift. At 50% ABV the texture stays lush and warming, finishing long with peppery spice and a lingering caramel-oak glow.
Finish
Long, warm finish with toasted oak, vanilla and caramel unfolding into subtle spice—cinnamon and clove—drifting into a gentle char and leaving a refined, lingering sweetness on the palate.
